Course Content
- Foundations of Effective Leadership: Focuses on leadership fundamentals, various leadership styles, the importance of self-awareness, and effective communication techniques.
- Communication Mastery: Techniques for engaging and motivating diverse team members, active listening, feedback, and clear communication skills.
- Building High-Performance Teams: Explores team development stages, team dynamics, and introduces tools like Tuckman's Model and the Johari Window for enhancing team effectiveness.
- Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving: Explore constructive conflict management in high-pressure environments and problem-solving frameworks for quick decision-making.
- Advanced Leadership Strategies: Covers conflict resolution, problem-solving, time and stress management, and principles of transformational leadership.
- Time and Stress Management: Introduction of the Eisenhower Matrix for productivity and time management techniques and stress reduction in hospitality.
- Inspirational Leadership and Employee Development: Teaches effective feedback delivery, fostering professional growth, and creating individualised development plans using the GROW Model.
Enrolment Process
- Online:Â Available by clicking the Enrol Now button next to each course date. The online process will provide three options for payment (invoice, secure credit card or tentative enrolment).

Enrolment Terms
- Payment of course fees (or deposit) is required to confirm enrolment and to hold a position.
- Cancellations up to 10 working days before the scheduled date will be accepted without penalty. Cancellations less than 10 working days may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- VXT reserves the right to cancel the course 10 working days before the scheduled date if insufficient registrations are received. Any fees paid for cancelled courses will be refunded in full.

ONSITE AT YOUR VENUE
- Adequate classroom space furnished with tables and chairs.
- Provision of a TV or projector and screen for trainer presentations.
- Whiteboard for trainer use
- Catering suggested: tea/coffee, water, morning tea and lunch
- Onsite induction for the VXT trainer
