The Front of House Excellence course is specifically designed for your team and is intended to take place at your location. To ensure a successful training session, the venue must be able to provide the following requirements:

• Adequate classroom space furnished with tables and chairs.
• Provision of a TV or projector and screen for trainer presentations.
• Access to restaurant, tables, chairs, plates, cutlery, glassware etc
• Catering suggested: tea/coffee, water, morning tea and lunch.
• Onsite induction for the VXT trainer
