Course Content

  • Espresso Coffee Basics: Discover the fundamental skills required to make espresso coffee.
  • Coffee Machine Fundamentals: Delve into the essential basics of operating and maintaining coffee machines.
  • Emphasis on Quality: Quality is a key focus, ensuring the coffee produced is of high standard.
  • Waste Reduction: Understand strategies to minimise waste during the coffee-making process.
  • Team Empowerment: Equip your team with essential skills for successful coffee preparation.

 ONSITE AT YOUR VENUE

The Coffee Basics training is specifically designed for your team and is intended to take place at your location. To ensure a successful training session, the venue must be able to provide the following requirements for a duration of 3.5 hours in an area suitable for conducting practical training on an industrial coffee machine:
  • Industrial Coffee Machine
  • Grinder
  • Metal Tamp
  • Milk Jugs
  • Coffee Beans (2 kgs)
  • Milk (9 litres)
  • Mugs and Glasses
  • Milk Thermometer
  • Teaspoons / Spoons
  • Cocoa Shaker (with cocoa)
  • Tea Towels
  • Cleaning Cloths & Cleaning Spray
