Mentoring in Tourism and Hospitality Training Program
A supervisory and mentoring training program designed for Tasmanian Tourism and Hospitality Staff who manage apprentices, trainees and new entrants to the industry.
The program consists of three units of competencies:
• BSBLDR411 – Demonstrate Leadership in the Workplace
• BSBLDR413 – Lead effective Workplace Relationships
• BSBXTW401 – Lead and Facilitate a Team
Training Locations
Delivered in a blended format, with a mix of online self-paced study, online instructor-led sessions and face to face workshops offered in three regions of Tasmania (North, North West and South).
Duration and Dates
The program will be delivered over three months, commencing in May 2022. Applications are now open, and positions on the cohort will be limited to 15 participants in each Tasmanian region (North, North West and South).
