Christine Law
Training Quality Manager
Christine Law is an experienced consultant, training developer and skilful coach and facilitator. She has advanced training and certification in a wide range of areas including but not limited to hospitality, emotional intelligence, strengths-based coaching, conflict resolution, personality styles and leadership.
Christine is the mastermind of VXT course development, therefore, you can expect to leave one of Christine’s courses with newfound skills, knowledge and confidence.
Alicia Perry
Industry & Business Growth Manager
Alicia comes to us with a wealth of experience in business growth and demand-led courses across multiple industries. She has held positions in hospitality and tourism both here in Tasmania and while living abroad, bringing an array of skills to the VXT team.

Lauren Saunders
Marketing & Communications Manager
Lauren oversees the development, key messaging, brand integrity and media engagement for VXT. She has an extensive background in small business communications and marketing after owning her own manufacturing business for the past 8 years and working within the agricultural sector.
Lauren’s previous experience has allowed her to work on a diverse range of portfolios, from graphic design to print and digital media, event management along with campaigns and social media.
Teegan Van Peelen
Administrator – Training & Business
Teegan is the director of first impressions and receptionish at VXT and she is the friendly face you’ll see when you arrive at the VXT office. Teegan manages our participants journey from enrolment to certification.
Teegan has extensive background working in a variety of reception and retail areas for the past 10 years.
